We have had a wondeful slow day, temperatures in the 70s and not too much wind. We spent a good amount of the day just sitting around outside, reading, soaking in the scenery and sun and watching the hundreds of birds.
Since I didn't take any pictures of the birds we saw, today, I thought this shot would do just fine.
This photo was taken at the Living Desert outside of Carlsbad, New Mexico. It's an amazing living exhibit of plants and animals. My favorite part was a huge walk through aviary where I shot this photo of this eagle.
Life is good.
