the Moon

Slowly on the road to recovery . . .

Tonight
there was a wonderful moon.
I'm sorry to say I didn't have the energy
to set up the camera for a serious shot.

But I did get this.

In real life,
the sky was bright,
clouds floating overhead
and a multi-colored halo
surrounding the moon.

It was stunning.

(but it does look a bit better if you click to enlarge).
