Filoli and WARNING Too Many Pictures

.
A lovely day at Filoli.
Even though the daffodils weren't really popping yet,
there's so much to look at.

It was a perfect day.

The first group
are mostly of the house and grounds.
I've ended with a ton of flower shots.

My apologies,
there are way too many pictures in this post,
but it's a memory for me of a wonderful day.
And I'm too tired to add thoughts on each shot.

As they say
A picture's worth a thousand words,
so here goes.

Now I'm off to bed
since tomorrow will be another busy day.

In all the years we lived just miles from Filoli I never visited. Haven't a clue why not either.
Great shots and your flower pictures are quite stunning.

This one must be worth at least 90,000 words!! Love all your pictures, Kate. Just like the stuff I like to shoot! Thanks for sharing.

I enjoyed them too. I was thinking Joel could have done the faces on those brick arches. There must be a market niche for him somewhere. Loved the flowers.
